Zeno Laswai
Chair person
An advocate for mental health and addictions passionate about putting the needs of others before their own with more than five years of experience in the field. Zeno has a diploma in accounting from Mohawk College (Hamilton, Ontario) as well as a Bachelor of Arts, Honours degree in Sociology from York University, Toronto Canada attained in 2014. Having worked in various positions as a frontline social services worker, Zeno has had the privilege to work with marginalized individuals by developing and maintaining healthy relationships with community partners and networks that influence their health and well-being. Zeno has exceeded in engaging clients of diverse social backgrounds who are often socially withdrawn by creating a safe and comfortable environment as well as building upon their strength and unique skills. Zeno has knowledge and skills to apply Psychosocial Rehabilitation principles through promoting respect, dignity and integrity for all of her patrons.
She has been affiliated to an Orphanage and Children’s Center since 2019 whereby she has provided different kinds of support to underprivileged children in need in areas that include and not limited to monetary support, emotional support, seeking for educational sponsors for the children, construction of a functional kitchen to be used by the orphanage, food provision and so on. She has managed to do this positively using a non-judgmental and enthusiastic approach. Zeno currently works as a property manager for Kibo Homes and Apartments Ltd based in Arusha and Moshi Tanzania a family owned business whereby she is responsible for managing all phases of operation of apartments and homes, but not limited to, the general administration and maintenance; to direct and control all personnel and resources to the end that the apartments and homes are maintained at all times in good physical conditions with a stabilized fiscal operation according to the standards and specific owner directives. During her free time, Zeno enjoys travelling and values quality family time!
Thadeus Clamian

Thadeus is an economic and finance professional with a dynamic, result-driven, and service- minded approach. He possesses skills in accounting, credit, and microfinance business.
Additionally, he has business development and entrepreneurial skills. He is known for his strategic problem-solving abilities, decision-making skills, strong work ethic, and excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.A confident communicator and a keen goal setter with impeccable track record in leading successful teams with integrity, controlling budgets and networking to drive growth initiatives and strategic positioning for both grassroots and matured organizations, A passionate believer in teamwork and an inquisitive learner with an enterprise mindset, client-focused with demonstrated skills in developing and deepening internal and external positive relations. Experience working with Auditors, project officers and donor funded projects by managing and control transaction of different projects funds to ensure the activities budgets align with intended plans and objectives are well achieved as per project design. He supports the organization in ensuring the internal standard operating procedures to well adhered by all staff and people who interact with the organization. Experienced and skilled in working with rural communities on community economic empowerment and climate change programs where he trained and supported more than 600 women and youth to access credits and on business education focusing on how to start, plan and manage their business and improve their livelihood and supported pastoralists communities to develop climate change action plans for climate resilience.

Laurence Bayer is a woman from Germany with studies background on projects management sustainable developments and African-studies. She works for an international NGO and enjoying her free time gardening and doing sports.

Laura Schulz is a Public health specialist from the United states, supporting ECIO in developing sustainable community-based interventions that are evidence based and cultural competent.
Soine Shuaka
Member
Soine is originally from a remote village in Monduli. She is dedicated to her community and the fight against poverty. She is a small farmer and a leader of VICOBA groups. She is the representative of the Maasai community issue on ECIO boards.
